Hey y’all! My name is Aleisha, and I’ll be guiding you through a course of controversial topics while keeping it classy and sharing the “Real” raw side of health, adversity, sex, and humility. Just a little bit about me: I’m a small town girl born and raised in Lester, WV, and currently residing in Columbus, GA with my husband of 5 years (Nate) and our beautiful 6 month old son (Josiah). Many have asked me how I made it from point A to B, and I decided that a blog would allow me to not only “HASH” out my feelings, but also help others who might need a little guidance in whatever department they are struggling with in life… Healthy Living as a whole is a MAJOR part of my life, and I want to share it with the world!!!
